Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt, with a few important conditions.
Return policy
- The product must be returned undamaged, unused and in the original, unopened packaging.

Sealed products that have been opened will not be accepted for return.
- Damaged products are not accepted for return as they cannot be resold.
Non-returnable products
- Products opened during the livestream .
- Products where the seal has been broken .
- Loose cards from opened packs.
- Products that are damaged .
Please note: No returns on opened packages during the livestream.
Packages opened during our livestream are not eligible for returns. By participating in the livestream and having your package opened live, you agree to this policy.
return shipping costs
- You will be responsible for paying for the costs of returning your order.
- Unless otherwise agreed.
Return address
- You will receive an email after registering your return. Please contact us first at pack2pack@outlook.be.
Refund

Undamaged and unopened products will be fully refunded.

Damaged or opened products will not be refunded.
- Once your return is received and approved, you'll receive an email confirmation. Your refund will be processed within 14 days via your original payment method.
How do you register a return?
- Email pack2pack@outlook.be with your order number and reason for return.
- You will receive the return instructions and the return address from us.
