GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Pack2Pack! By using our webshop and/or placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions below. Please read these carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

  • This webshop is managed by Pack2Pack.
  • Pack2Pack reserves the right to change products, prices, promotions and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  • By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent/guardian.

2. Product information

  • Pack2Pack strives to describe and visualize all products as accurately as possible.
  • Some products (such as Pokémon booster packs, mystery packs, and other items with random content) contain random content.
     ➤ There is no guarantee or refund based on content or pull rates.
  • Products opened during a TikTok Live are considered used and are subject to a different return policy.

3. Ordering & Payment

  • All prices are shown in euros.
  • Payment is made via the secure payment methods available in our webshop (including Shopify Payments).
  • An order will only be processed after payment has been received correctly and in full.

4. Delivery & Shipping

  • Orders will be processed as quickly as possible.
  • During busy periods (such as after TikTok Lives or drops), processing time may increase to several business days.
  • Shipping is done via:
    • Bpost – Belgium
    • PostNL – Netherlands
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Belgium: 1–3 working days
    • Netherlands: 2–4 business days
  • Postage costs:
    • Belgium: €8.37
    • Netherlands: €10.50
    • Free shipping from €200
  • You will always receive a tracking code as soon as your package has been shipped.

5. TikTok Live / Rip & Ship Service

  • When ordering you can choose between:
    • Sealed shipping
    • Live opening during a TikTok Live of Pack2Pack
  • Products opened during the livestream:
    • Cannot be returned or refunded regardless of contents.
    • Are considered used products.
  • Save option:
    • Direct shipping after live
    • Free storage for up to 3 months

6. Returns Policy

  • You have a 14-day right of return for unopened, undamaged products.
  • Conditions:
    • Products must be in original condition
    • Packaging and sealing must not be opened or damaged
  • Products opened during a TikTok Live are completely excluded from the right of return.

7. Refunds

  • After approved return, the refund will be processed within 14 days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in advance.
  • Products with damage, signs of use or missing parts will not be refunded.

8. Liability

  • Pack2Pack is not responsible for:
    • Damage that occurs during shipping, unless there is demonstrable error or negligence.
    • Depreciation of cards, not even for sealed or live-opened products.
  • Incorrectly provided address information is the sole responsibility of the customer.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content (text, photos, logos, videos, graphics, and livestream material) is the property of Pack2Pack, unless otherwise stated.
  • Use, copying, or distribution of this material without written permission is prohibited.

10. Applicable Law

  • Belgian law applies to all orders and agreements.
  • In case of disputes, an attempt will first be made to reach a solution through mutual consultation.
  • If this fails, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in Belgium.
